A blog that runs itself
Blog Box is a blog engine with speed, SEO and security already set up. You write posts instead of hunting for plugins. A built-in AI assistant helps with drafts, translations and search descriptions.

Included out of the box
What other systems assemble from plugins works here right after installation.
SEO without plugins
Sitemap, RSS, canonical tags, Open Graph and structured data. No description? One is built from the start of the post. Changed a post’s address? The old one redirects to the new one.
No duplicates
Posts with the same title get privet and privet-2 instead of an error. Search pages are kept out of the index, and every paginated page has its own canonical.
Fast pages
Pages are rendered on the server and photos are resized for each visitor’s screen: a 9 MB upload weighs a fraction of that in the post.
Safe extensions
Themes come only from the official catalogue and are verified by a digital signature. A theme is design without code, so it can’t break your site.
Team roles
Admin, editor and author. Authors edit only their own posts; only admins connect services and change settings.
Your data stays yours
The blog runs on your server, and posts and images live in your own PostgreSQL database and disk.
An AI assistant inside the editor
A panel next to the post — no copying text into other windows.

Draft from a topic
Describe the topic and key points, and a structured draft with subheadings appears in the editor.
Improve the text
Fix mistakes, shorten, expand, simplify, or translate into Ukrainian, Russian or English. One click restores the previous version.
SEO in one click
Excerpt, search title and description, title ideas, and suggested category and tags.
Images for posts
A cover from the title or an illustration from your description, saved straight to Media. Drawn by an OpenAI model, on the Pro plan.
Chat about the post
Ask what the text is missing, how to open it, or where it’s weak.
Choose between Claude, GPT and DeepSeek. Each shows where your text is sent.
Runs on credits. On the free plan a blog gets 50 to try the writing tools.
Model API keys live only on the Blog Box server — never in your blog or browser.
Themes
A theme changes the blog’s design and layout, not just its colours. Switch it in the admin in a second, without rebuilding.

Classic
A magazine-style home page with a lead story and colour-coded categories.

Notes
For personal blogs and long reads: a narrow column, a reading typeface, dark mode.

Showcase
For photos, travel and reviews: a wide grid with large images, dark mode.
New themes come only from the official Blog Box catalogue. The engine rejects forged or modified theme files.
For developers
A plain, modern stack — no in-house framework to learn.

Updates without manual steps

Themes are verified with an Ed25519 key built into the engine — the basis for future modules and official updates.
Honestly: how we differ from WordPress
WordPress is great for many things. Here’s where we’re different — for better and for worse.
| Blog Box | WordPress | |
|---|---|---|
| SEO | Built in | Usually via plugins |
| AI writing | Built in | Third-party plugins |
| Extensions | Digitally signed only | Anything, from anywhere |
| Themes & plugins | A few themes so far | Tens of thousands |
| Hosting | Docker or Railway, needs PostgreSQL | Any PHP host |
If you need a shop, a forum or hundreds of plugins, WordPress is the better choice. If you want a fast blog that needs no upkeep, choose Blog Box.
Questions
How much does it cost?
Built-in themes are free. The AI assistant runs on credits: the free plan includes 50 to try it, and Pro adds more credits and image generation. You pay your hosting provider, such as Railway, directly.
Where are my posts stored?
On your server, in your own PostgreSQL database and disk. Blog Box only receives the text you send to the AI assistant yourself.
Who receives my text when I use AI?
The provider of the model you picked: Anthropic, OpenAI or DeepSeek. The panel shows where text is sent next to each model.
Do I need to code?
Not for one-click Railway deployment. Docker on your own server needs basic server skills.
Can I move my blog from WordPress?
WordPress import is on the near-term roadmap.
